Yesterday I had a lovely visit to the Craft Barn for their Extravaganza Weekend. I left full of ideas and inspiration, I had a wonderful time and they had put on some fabulous demos, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. But I didn't get the chance to put any of my new ideas into practice as my 1 1/2hr journey home took 6 hours thanks to the M25 being closed and roads every which way being gridlocked. Luckily there were some biscuits and snacks in the car, I didn't have to eat my new stash lol!
Too many demonstrators to single out, but as ever Jenny Mayes was so helpful and happy for unlimited photos of her huge collection of card samples. Jane Collman had lots of input about pros and cons of the cutting machines, Lindsay Duncan's stamps were new to me and oh so pretty.
Hopefully I'll have a card to blog tomorow...
Oh poor you Anne being stuck for that long. Glad you had something to nibble. You have got some lovely stash, glad you had a great time. I look forward to seeing what you make. Have fun playing. Thanks for your lovely comment. Hugs x ChrisB
