Ismaki 11/5 - Manue's sketch- papillon

Manue has provided another great sketch this week at Ismaki, the challenge is to include a butterfly in the card. Brilliant, I had a great reason to get out my Elusive Images Daisy Collage butterfly images and play :).

I began by colouring and cutting out a butterfly, the harlequin daisy image and a couple of daisies, all coloured with Inktense pencils. I mounted the layered daisies, the butterfly and the harlequin onto a small patterned square of Artylicious paper, overlapping the sides of the square.
This all went onto a yellow piece of Artylicious paper, onto which I gold embossed a gorgeous scrolly triangle at top right and Happy Birthday across the bottom of the card. All stamps are Elusive Images from Daisy Collage, except the sentiment which is also from Elusive Images.

There are blue gemstones in the corners of both paper squares and on the butterfly's wings. The daisies are highlighted with Glossy Accents. Love the two butterfly collage sets from EI, all the elements work so well together...
