I'm still struggling to get creative; to make this I reached for a couple of elements that have been sitting in a box for a while.  The Poppystamps diecut stem was cut from some inked up cardstock that didn't work for the project it had been started for.  The background, which I hope you can see, has been impressed with an alphabet texture plate from PTI.  I don't own any of these plates, but was kindly lent it by Chrissie of LIM fame, during the Happy Little Stampers retreat last year.  I added my favourite Mama Elephant sentiment.
My card was made for Less is More's Alphabet Challenge.  Hope you like it :)

  1. Sorry to hear your mojo's taken a vacation - hope it's back soon but, this IS lovely matey!

  2. I love the fresh feel of this card, and the embossed background sets off the other elements so well. Hope your creativity returns soon, but looking at this gorgeous card it can't have gone far! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

  3. Yeah Anne! Love seeing you play along at Less is More and sorry to hear your mojo has gone walkabout. Your card looks fantastic though and a superb take on the challenge. Thanks for playing along with us at Less is More this week. Sarah

  4. Fantastic to see you back at LIM Anne! And your mojo looks absolutely fine from where I am sitting. It's great to see an embossed piece used as a deboss because most people tend to forget that the 'other side' looks amazing too. Teamed with your fab piece of inked paper on the die cut you've created such a delightful card. Keep well and please join us again soon xxx
