Welcome to the Shirleys2Girls Birthday Bash Blog Hop :). So... Shirleys2Girls are celebrating their first birthday with much silliness, blowing of horns, throwing confetti, eating of cake, giving away of goodies and singing! Believe me, you want to be part of it! And even better, they've updated their website to a new all-singing, all dancing website just in time for the Birthday Bash, so once you've finished the hop then be sure to head on over to check it out. http://shirleys2girls.com/ - there are lots of sweet new digital stamps, all with a birthday theme.
There's a bunch of goodies on offer in the hop: stamps, birthday digis, ribbons, embellies and more! There's a prize on each blog along the hop to be won as well as a grand prize for the first to collect all the mystery words from the blogs.

All the DT's blogs have a mystery word hiding in their Blog Hop Postings; the words will describe everything that you might need to make a delicious birthday cake!! My card shows a scrumptious cake being looked at longingly by a girl, her cat and her dog. Appropriately the digi is called scrumptious and as my favourite cake is chocolate cake (IS there any other kind of favourite cake? LOL) then of course I would need to keep in a good stock of cocoa. I've coloured with Copics and lots of festive Stickles, the DPs are from Shirleys2Girls Birthday papers range and I've cut out balloons from the DP and stitched on their strings.

Oh, don't forget to play along with us this week for the Twisted Thursday Challenge. There's no sketch this week, but the twist is that when you link to the card you've made you need to tell us your favourite thing about birthdays. The Girls will select 2 winners using random.org and they will each get their choice of a digital stamp from the store. So what are you waiting for?
